Analysis and Experimental Verification on double-sides Table)”, to be very related to my research. Your works in those two papers are actually the very first steps to look into hydrostatic tables with FEM, which I found very impressive. I am pretty sure that your papers will bring me deep insight into my current research. What's frustrating is that although those papers are well cited, I could not figure out a way to access them online. If allowed, is it possible for you to send your papers to me (in any format). I promise I will not distribute them to others and only use them for my research. In addition, I also have some questions about the rail form error model used in your other brilliant works ”Theoretical Verification on the Motion Error Analysis Method of Hydrostatic Bearing Tables Using a Transfer Function(2003) ” and “Experimental Verification on a Motion Error Analysis Method of Hydrostatic Bearing Tables Using a Transfer Function(2003)”. In these papers, the rail form error was supposed as a sinusoidal face and equal at the width direction. But actually the rail form error is three-dimensional, generally not equal by the width.
