These compressors are Single Phase 100 L/min units. They are mostly five years old, with an average of sixty working hours. The compressors are all in very good condition and have been fully maintained by qualified technicians.BiddingThe sale will be by way of sealed bids. Bids will be accepted for any number of units. Bids must be made on the Bidding Form attached to this advertisement. All bids must be submitted to Grampian Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters, 19 North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen, AB15 6DW for the attention of the Contracts & Procurement department in a sealed envelope. This envelope must be clearly marked on the outside “Sealed Bid - Bauer Junior II Compressors" All offers shall be in GB pounds. Bids will not be accepted if they received in an unsealed condition. If an open bid is received and there is sufficient time, the bidder will be asked to resubmit a sealed bid as per the guidelines. GFRS will accept no responsibility for any bids returned in this way, and no extension to the closing date and time will be given as a result of this. The closing date for bids will be 4.00pm on Tuesday 17th July 2007. Successful and unsuccessful bidders will be contacted as quickly as possible after this time.
