S1180、S1000、S1000-2 等各种板材用5#程序生产除胶速率可达到控制范围,但由于这几种板材比较特殊及垂直沉铜线清洗 效果的限制,垂直沉铜线暂还不能用5#程序生产S1180、S1000、S1000-2这几种板材的板S1165、 S1155为生益无卤素特殊板材,除胶量特别大,还待继续评估七、下步计划1. 用固定的普通TG板材的测试片分别对比测试各种板料的除胶速率,然后根据SEM分析高TG、 中TG、普通TG板材孔内各种除胶流程的除胶状况结果,最终确定日常监控时使用固定测试片2. 将该项实验结果纳入文件报告人:叶艺雄2008.3.4。
