支付方法：签订本协议后，乙方提供相关证书及配套注册所需材料时由甲方支付的相关定金￥8000元，余额￥20000元整（大写人民币贰万肆仟元整）于注册成功并通过安全考核B证考试合格取得证书后十天内一次性支付（成功注册日期以广东省建造师执业资格注册中心网查询乙方注册到甲方的日期为准，安全考核B证以取得证书原件为准）乙方收取岗位津贴不提供发票，只提供书面收据因建造师个人原因注册不成功的话，需退回定金￥：8000元整若甲方在广东省相关建设信息网站公布可以开始注册的日期后三个月内未注册成功，则从第四个月开始计算聘任期并一次性付清余额三、甲方的义务及权利：1、在二级建造师注册管理部门可以接受二级建造师注册申请之日起，甲方负责及时为乙方办理引进及其二级建造师注册登记手续 2、乙方承担安全考核B证报名考试的相关费用，甲方承担聘期内二级建造师注册登记手续和乙方参加二级建造师继续教育培训考试的相关费用，并给予乙方本协议约定标准的补贴若乙方因工作原因，无法参加再教育学习，甲方有义务请人代之学习，保证乙方继续教育等工作的及时进行3、在甲方办理资质年检及建设行政主管部门的检查时，乙方需配合甲方及时提供有关身份证、学历文凭等。
甲方保证乙方资格在《执业手册》上登记聘用期间的执业情况，并为乙方办理该证的年检工作，年检费用由甲方支付4、履约期内，甲方妥善保管乙方的二级建造师注册章、二级建造师执业资格证及二级建造师注册证书原件其它证书原件应及时交还乙方本人保管，但牵及公司年审须提供有关证书原件时，乙方有义务及时向甲方提供相关证件如有遗失，甲方负责及时为乙方办理补证手续并承担补证手续相关费用5、乙方提供证书使用的范围仅限于甲方公司企业资质申报、年检、投标承接工程业务等方面除此之外，甲方在未取得乙方许可的情况下，不得擅自使用乙方的建造师证；否则，由此出现的任何责任均由甲方全部承担6、如果由于甲方原因发生乙方的二级建造师资格证、注册证丢失或吊销和毕业证丢失甲方赔偿乙方相关损失；其相关损失计算方法如下：（1） 资格证书、注册证书、执业印章丢失，甲方赔付乙方人民币50000元（大写：伍万元整）；（2）如因甲方过失至乙方学历证书而丢失或损毁的，甲方赔付乙方人民币50000元（大写：伍万元整）；（3） 如因甲方原因造成乙方的二级注册建造师资格被吊销或失效的，甲方应赔付乙方人民币200000元（大写：贰拾万元整）4） 如发生上述第(3）项情况，乙方有权单方解除协议，乙方已收津贴不予退还。
乙方单方解除协议的，应当书面通知甲方，甲方应在接到书面通知之日起5日内支付赔偿金如因乙方自身原因导致不良后果，甲方概不负责,并赔偿甲方相应的损失7、协议期内，在未得到乙方书面认可的情况下，甲方不得将乙方的建造师资格证书注册到其他的企业，否则即视为违约;不得作出有损于乙方利益的其他行为因甲方原因给乙方造成行政、法律后果和经济损失的，全部责任由甲方承担8、甲方需要乙方配合资质及相关注册等事项或者参加与维持建造师资格相关的考试乙方应积极予以配合，但所发生的交通费、食宿费由甲方承担另外支付人民币1000/天作为乙方出场费四、乙方义务及权利：1、乙方承诺具备国家建设部、人事部认可的二级市政工程建造师资格，且承诺保证没有其他注册执业资格证书已办理登记 2、履约期内，乙方必须将二级建造师注册章、二级建造师执业资格证及二级建造师注册证书在注册成功后由甲方保管乙方应积极配合履约期内未经甲方同意，乙方不得转注册3、乙方必须提供注册、安全考核B证考试等所需的材料及相关证件（建造师注册证书、执业资格证书、毕业证、身份证、小一寸彩色相片六张）,积级配合甲方办理注册登记手续(甲方不得利用乙方有效证件用于从事不正当交易)。
4、如因乙方原因注册审核不通过的（非重复注册原因），甲方已支付给乙方的所有费用，乙方必须在建设厅网公布不通过日后十天内一次性退还给甲方，同时甲方将上述证件原件交给乙方；乙方应退回甲方已付定金，协议自动失效5、履行期间，甲方如经营需要，需乙方提供身份证、毕业证、职称证等相关证件原件时，乙方应积极配合甲方办理原件核对6、如甲方投标或项目应付相关检查需要乙方到位，甲方应提前三天通知乙方，乙方必须支持配合，由乙方在规定时间内到位，由此引发的（路费每次300，住宿每晚200）由甲方负责报销，并给予乙方每天补贴￥1000元中标项目的挂证费：当乙方咨询、技术服务的工程，按月另补助，中标工程按2000元/月补助；服务工程时间以合同工期计算7、在履约期间如按国家政策有关规定乙方需继续进行有关建造师学习培训，乙方应积极参与，因学习培训而引发的所有费用由甲方全额报销五、其他：1、双方均不得将本协议转签于第三人，如发现有此类现象，守约方有权解除本协议，并有权请求违约方赔偿履约期间岗位津贴总额1%的损失2、本聘用协议期满前一个月，如双方达成一致意向，甲方可优先考虑续聘乙方，但须重新办理聘用手续；双方未达成一致意向，甲方必须配合乙方办理注册证书变更迁出手续，并返还乙方留存在甲方处的所有证书及证明资料。
