Objective :目标It is the policy of hotel to deliver group luggage promptly in an efficient manner能够准确有效地运送团队行李.Procedures :程序1. When the luggage truck arrives, Bellman should unload the all luggage.当行李车到达酒店时,行李员要卸下所有行李.2. Record down the total number of luggage and double check with the representative of the luggage transportation company and the tour leader Ask the tour leader to sigh the group luggage sheet记录下行李数量并与团队领队或者行李运送公司代表确认请团队领队在团队行李表签字3. Any damage should be reported to the Concierge Shift Leader immediately and confirm with the representative and the tour leader.对于任何破损的行李要及时报告给礼宾部主管,并与团队领队或者代表确认。

4. Damage luggage will not be accepted unless the permission of the guest is obtained or a report of damage from Travel Agent/Airlines is attached对于破损的行李知道从客人那里获得到旅行社或者航空公司的证明才可以接收5. Tie on the luggage tag to all luggage immediately.立即将行李牌挂在行李上6. Bellman should then trace up the rooming list of the group together with room number from the reception, if available行李员要从前台获得团队入住名单和房间号码7. Mark down all the assigned room number on the luggage tags according to the rooming list根据房间号码在行李牌上进行标注.8. In case there is no name tag on the luggage, report to the tour leader, so he/she can inform the guests to identify by themselves。
