见下图2、 韩洋中心河桥该桥位于老202道路上,在河道开挖前进行桥梁的施工,在北侧修建一条便道,便道总长为39m,供桥梁施工,同时利用现有202道路.3、栟茶河大桥本桥横跨栟茶河,在栟茶河上修建一座钢便桥(详见钢便桥方案),考虑最经济便桥方案,便桥与河道正交,钢便桥搭设长度为72m,钢便桥南侧与场内便道直接连接,北侧修建120m便道与老202连接,同时在两岸修建施工便道,详见平面图,便道总长430m,由于桥南侧要修建板梁预制场,穿过现有乡村道路两条,因此现有乡村道路降低60cm,凿除原乡村道路各结构层计60cm,施工方法同施工便道,长度为127m.,详见总体平面布置图(三)施工方法1、便道位置的施工放样根据导线点进行构造物的边线放样,便道位置设计在路的一侧,根据地现场情况进行调整,有效利用红线土地,局部位置设置在绿化带内2、便道清表根据施工现场的实际情况, 施工便道范围的清表工作与路基清表同步,清表时必须进行20公分表土的清除工作,同时树根、芦苇的必须挖除干净沿线需要进行圆管涵施工的河塘、沟渠位置,为了确保临时便道路基的承载能力,清表时必须采用挖机进行淤泥的彻底清除,回填土源为就近路基土方,采用装载机进行土方的运输,清淤干净后采用挖机进行层层回填,层厚控制20公分左右,采用18T振动压路机进行碾压,压实度确保87%的标准,严禁出现“弹簧”的现象,如若发生采取局部换填处理。
清表过程中严禁破坏当地居民的合法利益,禁止占用农田,对于居民原有的出行道路便道积土后及时做好顺接整平工作,随时确保居民的出行方便3、原地面翻松处理道路清表完成后,为了确保施工便道路基的承载能力,采用挖机进行便道范围内整平以及顺坡工作,及时采用旋耕机进行耕翻粉碎,在含水量大于最佳含水量1~2%时,采用振动压路机进行碾压,碾压遍数控制在3~4遍确保压实度达到87%以上,对于沿线局部出现“弹簧”的现象及时进行换填处理原地面压实过程中,根据现场初步碾压效果根据施工经验进行初步判断,是否需要进行换填处理原地面碾压过程中,严禁压路机在当地原有道路上直接行驶,预防损坏原有水泥混凝土道路、沥青道路、和发生安全事故的现象当日施工完毕后,施工车辆必须在指定地点停放整齐,严禁占用地方道路等4、便道边沟、横向临时排水管的施工边沟采用挖机进行土方开挖,根据施工设计图纸本标段以底填方为主,边沟开挖断面为:底宽1.0m(挖机取土斗的宽度)、顶宽1.5米,所挖土方堆于便道范围内,以作为便道灰土的施工施工过程中,由于必须破坏当地原有的横向排水系统,为了确保不影响当地排水系统,项目部加强和当地居民以及村级领导的沟通的同时,及时在便道的横向埋设直径60、直径100的钢筋混凝土管道,保证横向排水畅通。
边沟开挖后,为了确保自身的纵向排水沟排水畅通,对于原有居民出行道路位置,必须采取预埋纵向排水管道的方法过路,同时必须及时恢复原有道路,确保通行顺畅,避免影响当地居民的出行便道边沟的排水采取和原有排水系统连接,个别路段在施工过程中采取机械设备排水等5、20cm6%灰土原槽拌和及40cm6%灰土填筑施工灰土施工的土源以边沟开挖的土方为主,由于清表结束后及时对原地面进行了碾压,原地面承载能力基本可以满足便道施工要求,所以边沟开挖土方直接置于便道范围原地面以上,厚度控制在30公分左右(参灰碾压后的厚度基本在20cm),同时在边沟施工过程中及时对便道积土进行大致的平整以及纵向顺坡工作为了预防便道施工中下雨天气雨水对松散土方的浸泡,挖机进行纵横向初步整平后及时采用18吨振动压路机进行初步碾压,进行表面密封工作,同时可以确保农用拖拉机拖运石灰的需要便道灰土施工主要利用晴好天气进行,石灰原材料满足三级灰要求,生石灰有效钙加氧化镁含量不小于70%等根据便道使用要求,灰土灰剂量控制6%以上,压实厚度控制20公分左右,为了确保灰土的质量要求,施工中严格控制石灰的掺入量以及拌合的均匀行,施工中根据每车的运输能力、灰剂量严格控制每车石灰的施工长度,布灰工作采取人工撒灰的方法,布灰结束后及时采用旋耕机进行耕翻以及粉碎工作,同时安排专人定距离进行挖坑检查是否存在夹层的现象,对于旋耕不到位的地段,及时进行必要的重复旋耕工作。
根据施工现场负责人的施工经验,在含水量大于最佳含水量1~2%时,及时采用振动压路机进行碾压工作,具体碾压顺序为先边后中、先静压后振动碾压,施工时要求现场负责人严格控制压路机碾压遍数确保压实度,同时要求随时注意灰土的碾压宽度检查,严禁出现局部断面过窄不能满足宽度的现象6、30cm泥灰碎石施工(石灰:土:碎石8:12:80)灰土施工结束后及时进行必要的养护工作,尤其为雨季期间禁止通行、及时排水等,泥灰碎石施工前的灰土表面做好复压工作泥灰碎石施工所需的土源采用路基范围内土方,在便道沿线路基范围内选取3个积土点,采用挖机进行灰土的集中拌合,拌合前根据本段泥灰碎石工程量、灰剂量严格控制石灰用量,确保灰土的灰剂量达到设计要求,同时为了确保石灰掺入的均匀性,由专人负责监督挖机的拌合遍数,严禁出现漏拌夹生的现象灰土制备完成后及时进行碎石的掺入工作,碎石原材料粒径采用4~8cm,掺入时严格控制碎石的掺入量为80%,以利于成型后碎石起到骨架的作用,同时增加挖机的拌合遍数,严禁出现不均匀的现象泥灰碎石在集中点拌合完成后采取农用拖拉机进行运输,运输至现场采用挖机整平,整平后及时采用振动压路机进行碾压,碾压遍数控制在3~4遍,严格确保压实度。
7、2cm磨耗层施工泥灰碎石施工完毕后,立即采用小碎石进行便道磨耗层的施工,由自卸汽车运至现场后,以装载机进行撒布为主,人工配合为辅,厚度控制在2公分左右,严禁出现局部过薄或过厚的现象8、过河道便道,采用筑坝的方法,下设1.2m涵管,回填素土,碾压密实,与便道结构层相平后,随便道一起做到顶第二章、钢便桥设计方案一、项目概况1工程概况本工程位于海安县经济开发区,横跨栟茶河河口宽度70m,水面宽度60m,路中线与河道斜交120度,通航等级V级,最高通航水位为3.01m(国家85高程),通航净高3.5m根据本工程施工需要求,进行钢便桥及施工便道设计在本桥上、下游的桥梁为新洋桥、五七干校桥,测时水位为2.2,测时通行高度为5m,梁底标高为7.2m因此本施工便桥梁底标高以7.4m控制,两岸地坪标高为4.5~5m设计便桥采用双排单层“321”军用贝雷梁搭设,横梁采用[20b槽钢构成,同时设加强弦杆墩基础采用ø50钢筒桩, P2、5墩桩入土深度为16m, P1、6墩桩入土深度为10m、P3、4墩桩入土深度为8m桥面净宽3.7m,跨径组合12m+12m+24m+12m+12m便桥通行能力,按汽20t、拖80t进行设计验算,同时施工车辆行驶速度控制为“小心慢行”,不计算冲击荷载。
