Chinese teachers sent overseas should present an outgoing evaluation paper produced by overseas employer when the tenure expired.2. Chinese teachers sent overseas are advised to submit the Evaluation Form to overseas employer before the tenure expired, including summaries, achievements, deficiencies the suggestions for the work.3. Overseas employer is advised to conduct an objective and fair evaluation, including the working attitude, teaching achievements and performance of the teacher during the tenure. The evaluation of CI/CC teachers should be commented and signed by both Chinese and Overseas Directors.4. Please send the sealed Form to Confucius Institute Headquarters by mail or submit by teachers in person after they go back to China.Your comments will provide the important bases for us to evaluate and select teachers. Contents: teaching work, compilation or promotion of teaching materials, Chinese test organization and instruction, organization the “Chinese Bridge” Competition and tutoring contestants, organizing or participating in activities about Chinese culture, relevant research and survey undertaken by the teacher, completion of tasks assigned by Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters, major achievements and deficiencies and opinions for the work.
