所所有图像通过过视频接入终终端压缩后通通过网络通信信传送到闸管管所,以便进进行现场管理理和控制,同同时这些图像像经以太网交交换机和无线线通信传送到到黄河水量调调度管理系统统网络上,供供各级水调中中心调用为为保证各级监监控终端上同同时显示三幅幅图像的连贯贯性、实时性性要求,现场场视频接入终终端和网络带带宽要求的设设置中,设备备采用了速率率自适应功能能,能够在网网络传输通道道得改善时,自自动将图像的的传输调整到到最佳状态涵闸视频监视系系统具备如下下功能:⑴闸前、闸后水水情及环境状状况、闸室的的环境状况的的视频采集通通过视频接入入终端将摄像像机采集的视视频信号数字字化并压缩处处理⑵将压缩数据通通过以太网传传送给闸管所所,以便进行行现地管理和和控制,同时时这些数据通通过无线通信信传送到各级级监控中心,接接收远程控制制指令,根据据指令要求自自动切换视频频源或对云台台和摄像机等等设备进行控控制⑶通过控制摄像像机转动的角角度和焦距的的调整实现对对涵闸的实时时图像监视2.系统功能本系统包括:现现地测控系统统、视频监控控系统、闸管管所监控站、系系统电源、网网络系统统、网络通讯讯设备等系统总体结构图图为:系统主要功能如如下:⑴ 实现涵闸启启闭机的实时时控制及启闭闭状态监测;;⑵ 实现涵闸闸闸前、闸后水水位及闸室内内环境的实时时监测;⑶ 实现闸前、闸闸后、闸室及及周边环境的的现地和远方方监视;⑷ 实现启闭机机的限位、过过载等安全保保护。
